Does the car arrive up to the house / hotel?

Of course, even if you live in the center and even on the days of traffic blockage. Autonoleggio Moretti cars have all the necessary permits to access the ZTL areas (restricted traffic areas) and the preferential lanes of any Italian city.

Does the price vary depending on the number of bags?

No! You can carry all the bags you want. The only thing we ask is to tell us the number of bags when booking, especially if you have bulky luggage, so as to send you the most suitable car.

Is it possible to travel with children?

Sure! Do not forget to tell us the age of your children during the booking so we will travel safely in the seat or adapter as required by law. The service is free.

Are any motorway tolls or ZTL / sub-board permits to be borne by me?

No, they are included in the rate.

What happens if my flight / train is delayed? Will the NCC driver wait for me? Are there any additional costs?

We ask you to notify us if your flight or the train you are traveling on is delayed, so that our driver will automatically move the pick-up time at no charge to you. If you can not notify us, we will wait for up to 90 minutes without additional costs. In case of higher expectations, a variable rate of 10 to 30 euros per hour will be applied.
